The most massive movement of people I've ever seen all cross the street at once. At the same time there are these guys standing on top of a van dressed in some sort of military uniform shouting at the crowd continually with their bullhorns. For some reason they make me think of brown shirts on a recruiting spree. In the background on one of the building fronts is a huge video screen looping an advertisement for the television show '24' - apparently it is extremely popular in Japan.
