Today we planned on going hiking on a trail at the end of the road on the Northeast side of the island. Larry and Amy have been on this particular trail several times in the past and rave about its beauty. I had a smoothie for breakfast and shortly thereafter we set out on our hike.
When we got to the end of the road (where the trail begins), we noticed a lot of cars in the area. We were a little disappointed at the number of people but the day was sunny and good for hiking.
We started out on the trail that began with a steady increase in elevation. The two-mile trail follows the Nepali coastline that is inaccessible, so the untouched beaches and reef are beautiful from the overlooks along the trail. I took a lot of pictures during the hike.
