It was cold again in the early part of the day. I did 6 current events in Economics, and received a letter from Kim Gurkin during first period saying that she wanted to know if I was interested in her or not. I sent one back asking how she felt. In computer science I played Wolfenstein 3D, an old game by Appoge. For further reference, to get into god mode, you must execute the game with WOLF3D/goobers then when your playing, hit TAB-LEFTSHIFT-ALT-BACKSPACE at the same time to get into debug mode, and TAB-G at the same time for god mode, and TAB-I for items. To get items you can also hit M-I-L at the same time. In Biology II we learned more about the reproductive system. I asked in a private note that everyone sent up to the teacher if AIDS can be contracted through Oral Sex. She (Mrs. Ramos) said ‘probably not’ but she also said that she thinks it might anyway. In English we had a substitute, Mr. Garo, another foreign language teacher. We didn’t do anything interesting in class, we just slacked off. When I got to Tech-Theater, I felt strange, because Kim was in there, and I had sent that letter to her, and I didn’t know how she felt. I avoided her, and talked to Mr. Buchanan. Mr. Buchanan was telling me about that new magnet school there starting, the ‘Communications Arts High School’. He will no longer be in the theater department. Things will defiantly be VERY different, and I feel extremely lucky to have been in his last class there. I was in the production of only one play: ‘Lend me a Tenor’ It was one of the most exiting and wonder experiences I have ever had, to be apart of that team putting it together, and making it all work. Even though I had a very, VERY minor part (bringing down the lights in 2 parts) It was still a great feeling. My only regret is not getting into Theater earlier, well perhaps not, as I would be different, and I don’t know if I would want to be like those people. Anyway, after talking to Mr. Buchanan (a very wonderful teacher whom I am very honored to have been a student of), Kim handed me a note saying that she DID have an interest in me, and had for some time. I felt great. I almost knew. I wasn’t sure what to do, so I aced like a buffoon and walked around, avoiding her. I then wrote down my phone number on a piece of paper with a green marker. I gave it to her after class. She kind of smiled at me and looked into my eyes. I think I could almost read her thoughts. I tried to avoid her gaze. She said that she would try to call me on Saturday. She is going to go to a Theater festival at Holmes HS. She will be home on Saturday. I am anxiously awaiting her call. I gave Chris Rash a ride home, as he still has NOT gotten his parking sticker. He told me that he is going out With Adrian Jakely (sp?) tonight and thinks that they will have a wonderful time. When I got home, Adam Bedwell, and Brian Gunn were sitting in the kitchen, they wanted to go to Diversions so we could play Daytona 400, a very nice, 4 token racing-car game. When Craig and Jessica got home, we all went. I beat Brian, Adam beat me, and I beat Craig. Diversions is a VERY loud place, I got a headache after we left from all the noise. When we got back, Craig, Jessica and I went to go dump the brush that we collected from that guys yard. Craig assured me that I would not have to change, well he was wrong, I got my jeans all dirty. We went to T-shirt’s for dinner. After that, we went to planet-K so Adam and Brian could buy some Jolt.
